BMIn conjunction with The Kuala Lumpur and Selangor Chinese Assembly Hall (KLSCAH) 90-years anniversary, the KLSCAH Cultural and Educational Committee is organizing a Cross Zone Cultural and Art Festival, which is a one week event start from 29th Sept until 6th Oct 2013. The events include cultural arts exhibition, movie screening, local Chinese dialect cultural night, and cross ethnic art performance.
