If the couple cancel the appointment and decides not to proceed the registration at KLSCAH, the fees are non-refundable.

If an overpayment is made due to oversight, the excess amount will not be refunded.
- Only one representative from the couple is required to fill out the form. If both parties submit separate forms and make duplicate payments, any excess payment made will not be refunded.
- For less popular wedding dates, a minimum of 2 couples is required in order for the date to be opened. Therefore, once payment has been made, no refund will be provided if the selected date cannot be opened due to insufficient registrations.
Couples may choose to switch to another available date, or top up the difference required to retain the selected date.
Please ensure you confirm the applicable fees for your selected date before making payment.
