“Sungai Mengalir Lesu” Book Launch by GBM

You are cordially invited to spend an evening with Pak Samad at the republished edition of his literature, “Sungai Mengalir Lesu” organised by Gabungan Bertindak Malaysia (GBM).

This book is one of his few literatures that recorded an important historical account of people life in our country. Pak Samad in his book, narrates a bitter experience of people living along a river and in the course of that, he reveals the miserable life of Malayans during the second World War. This story is a valuable contribution to our national history.

We are pleased to have two distinguished commentators, Dr. Syed Husin Ali and Uthaya Sankar SB to share their thoughts on this book.
