KLSCAH will be opening additional dates from April to June 2026, currently available for preview only.

Appointments will open on Tuesday, March 24 at 2:00 PM. Please submit your application via Google Form at that time. Thank you.

• Please wait patiently for our official confirmation email to arrange the specific time.

• Do not submit the form repeatedly.

Terms & Conditions:

1. If the couple cancel the appointment and decides not to proceed the registration at KLSCAH, the fees are non-refundable.

2. If an overpayment is made due to oversight, the excess amount will not be refunded.

Please ensure you confirm the applicable fees for your selected date before making payment.
