目标 / Goal
通过短片视频内容鼓励创造力，提升来自不同文化和宗教背景的马来西亚人的团结氛围。
To encourage creativity and foster a sense of unity among Malaysians from different cultural and religious backgrounds through short video content.

时间表 / Timeline
所有参赛短片视频都可以从 2025 年 1 月 1 日起通过我们的官方网站上传和提交。
All short videos can be uploaded and submitted from 01.01.2025 onwards via our official portal.

比赛持续时间 / Contest Duration
3 个月 / 3 months

提交截止日期 / Submission Deadline
所有短视频必须通过我们的官方网站提交，最迟不晚于2025年3月31日。
All short videos must be submitted via our official portal not later than 31.3.2025.

参赛者上传要求 / Submission Requirement
参赛者必需把完成的参赛短片原稿上传至Google Drive 并设置为公开。完成填好主办方为竞赛准备的Google Form 链接: https://forms.gle/pjvmu3wYWK46vE8N8

Contestants must upload the completed short video to Google Drive and set it to public. Also, fill in the Google Form link provided by the organiser for the competition: https://forms.gle/pjvmu3wYWK46vE8N8

参赛者分组 / Group Categories
必需依据参赛者个人或团队成员选项公开组或青年组：

• 青年组：18岁 — 22岁 / Youth Group: 18 – 22 years old
• 成年组：23岁以上 / Adult Group: 23 years and above

评审期 / Judging Period
2 周 / 2 weeks

获奖者公布日期 / Date of Announcement of Winners

资格 / Eligibility
面向所有 18 岁及以上的马来西亚公民和居民。
Open to all Malaysian citizens and residents aged 18 and above.

个人或团队均可参赛。团队成员人数不受限制，团队由多种族成员组成是一个加分点。
Individual or team entries are allowed. There is no restriction on the number of team members, and teams consisting of multi-racial members will receive bonus points.

视频必须是原创且未发表过的。
Videos must be original and unpublished.

视频指南 / Video Guidelines

• 时长：5-7 分钟 / Maximum duration: 5-7 minutes
• 语言：马来语、中文、英语或任何其他马来西亚本土语言，并配有马来语、中文和英文字幕。
  Language: Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English, or any other indigenous Malaysian language with subtitles in Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, and English.
• 内容必须积极、包容，并促进不同文化和宗教的马来西亚人之间的团结和理解。
  Content must be positive, inclusive, and promote unity and understanding among Malaysians of different cultures and religions.
• 内容主题：反映文化多样性、民族认同、共同价值观、社区精神、共同克服挑战、团结醒觉等。
  Content Themes: Reflecting cultural diversity, national identity, shared values, community spirit, overcoming challenges together, unity, etc.

提交方式 / Submission Method

• 将视频上传到比赛网站链接。
  Upload videos to the contest website link.
• 个人或团队可以提交超过 1 个视频，但只能赢得一个奖项。
  Individual or team may submit more than 1 video, but only one prize can be won.

成年组 / Adult Group

• 冠军：现金 RM3,000.00 + 奖杯 + 证书 / 1st Prize: RM3,000.00 cash + Trophy + Certificate
• 亚军：现金 RM1,800.00 + 奖杯 + 证书 / 2nd Prize: RM1,800.00 cash + Trophy + Certificate
• 季军：现金 RM800.00 + 奖杯 + 证书 / 3rd Prize: RM800.00 cash + Trophy + Certificate
• 5 个优秀奖：现金 RM300.00 + 奖品 + 证书 / 5 Excellence Prizes: RM300.00 cash + Award Prizes + Certificate

青年组 / Youth Group

• 冠军：现金 RM3,000.00 + 奖杯 + 证书 / 1st Prize: RM3,000.00 cash + Trophy + Certificate
• 亚军：现金 RM1,800.00 + 奖杯 + 证书 / 2nd Prize: RM1,800.00 cash + Trophy + Certificate
• 季军：现金 RM800.00 + 奖杯 + 证书 / 3rd Prize: RM800.00 cash + Trophy + Certificate
• 5 个优秀奖：现金 RM300.00 + 奖品 + 证书 / 5 Excellence Prizes: RM300.00 cash + Award Prizes + Certificate

其他 / Other Information

• 影片中人物形象的使用由参赛者负责，每位参赛者有责任确保所提交的影片不侵犯版权、商标、隐私或知识产权。
  The use of images of people in the video is the responsibility of the contestants. Each participant is responsible for ensuring that the photos and videos submitted do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or intellectual property rights.
• 如涉及抄袭、侵权等，参赛者将被取消参赛资格，一切责任由参赛者承担。
  If plagiarism, infringement, etc., are involved, the contestant will be disqualified, and all responsibilities will be borne by the contestant.
• 主办方有权使用或修改所有参赛作品，包括展示、修改及发表，参赛者不得就上述用途向主办方索取任何费用。
  The organizer has the right to use or modify all entries, including display, modification, and publication. Contestants may not ask the organizer for any fees for these purposes.
• 主办方及评审保留自行决定取消参赛作品参赛资格的权利。
  The organizer and judges reserve the right to disqualify entries at their sole discretion.
• 评审决定为最终决定，不接受任何上诉。
  The judges’ decision is final. No appeal will be entertained.
• 主办方将通过主办方网站通知所有得奖者，并会以电邮或电话通知得奖者。
  The organizer will notify all winners through the website of the organizer, and winners will also be notified by email or phone.
• 主办方有权随时增加、删除或修改比赛规则、活动日期等。
  The organizer has the right to add, delete, or revise the rules and regulations, event dates, etc., at any time.
• 所有得奖者将受邀出席颁奖典礼。得奖者需自行安排交通及住宿。
  All winners will be invited to attend the award ceremony. Winners are required to arrange their own transportation and accommodation.
• 所有得奖者同意接受主办方安排的采访或录音。
  All winners shall agree to accept interviews or recordings arranged by the organizer.
• 得奖者必须亲自出席颁奖典礼领取现金奖，否则主办方有权取消其现金奖。
  The winners must attend the award ceremony in person to receive the cash prize; otherwise, the organizer has the right to cancel the cash prize.
• 未能出席颁奖典礼者须于颁奖典礼后90天内到主办方办公室领取礼品及证书，或请主办方协助邮寄至相关地址。所有邮寄费用由得奖者自行承担。否则，相关礼品将于90天后退还给赞助商。
  Winners who fail to attend the award ceremony must collect their gift and certificate from the organizer’s office within 90 days after the ceremony or ask the organizer to assist with mailing to the relevant address. All mailing costs are to be borne by the winners. Otherwise, the relevant gifts will be returned to the sponsor after 90 days.
• 提交参赛作品即表示您同意遵守本次比赛的规则和条例。
