第4届公民社会奖 The 4th Civil Society Award

为肯定及表扬捍卫民主人权而努力不懈的团体和个人，隆雪华堂在今年主办“第四届公民社会奖”。
To acknowledge individuals and organisations on their contributions to civil society and to promote multiculturalism and multiethnicism, KLSCAH is going to held The 4th Civil Society Award.

在国家转型之际、在政治走上新格局时刻， 为倡导“迈向公民社会”，隆雪华堂首开华团之先，于2008年8月28日举办第一届“公民社会奖”颁奖典礼，表扬公民社会的个人和团体，借此鼓励个人和社团积极参与推动社会进步，共同打造公民社会。这项公民社会奖是不分种族，凡对国家社会有贡献的人都可受到表扬。
We hope that this initiative will encourage more individuals and organizations to participate in pushing for social progress and to establish a civil society.

开放提名 Call for Nominations:  16th July 2013
截止日期 Closing Date:  31st August 2013
颁奖典礼 Prize Ceremony: 10th December 2013
