If\u00a0<strong>both parties submit separate forms<\/strong>\u00a0and make duplicate payments,\u00a0<b>any excess payment made will not be refunded.<\/b><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"884\" data-end=\"978\">For less popular wedding dates, a\u00a0<strong>minimum of 2 couples is required<\/strong>\u00a0in order for the date to be\u00a0<strong>opened<\/strong>.
